Tatenda executed transactions with a value in excess of $6bn for a number of clients including Bain Capital, Goldman Sachs’s principal investment arms, Actis, Massmart, Standard Bank, Barclays, AngloGold Ashanti and Jinchuan. Tatenda has previously also worked at Ernst and Young and is a chartered accountant by profession. Tatenda serves on the boards of various Nurture portfolio companies as part of his Nurture responsibilities and on the boards of non-Nurture entities such as Rift Valley Holdings. He is also a founding trustee of the Kunashe Foundation, an organization that provides primary school scholarships for children in Zimbabwe.

During her time at PwC, Barbara was seconded to the New York and Hartford Offices on global assignment in the Banking and Capital Markets and Insurance divisions respectively where she gained valuable knowledge of US GAAP and PCAOB regulations for SEC listed clients. She holds a post graduate diploma in Advanced Auditing from the University of Cape Town. She is the Finance Manager at Nurture and as part of her duties, she sits on the boards of various Nurture portfolio companies in Zimbabwe and in South Africa.

Immediately prior to joining Nurture, she worked at the Australian Embassy under the Direct Aid Program as an Administrative Assistant performing monitoring and evaluation and grants management duties. Teresa now serves as the System's Administrator at Nurture and also runs a retail business.

Tazreen also stays up to date with the most efficient ways of organizing our administration at Nurture in order to ensure that we run as a well-oiled machine.

With a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the prestigious University of Cape Town, Zinzi brings extensive expertise in commercial law honed through a distinguished career. She has previously served at DLA Piper Africa Zimbabwe - Manokore Attorneys, where she gained valuable experience in a range of legal disciplines. Additionally, Zinzi has undergone advanced management training and participated in a significant secondment to the London office of DLA Piper LLP UK, where she worked within the Transfer Pricing and Litigation teams. Her background combines rigorous legal training with international exposure, equipping her with a comprehensive and strategic perspective on commercial legal issues.

He is currently concluding his dissertation in completion of his MCOM in Development Finance with the UCT Graduate School of Business. Once completed he will be able to register as Chartered Development Finance Analyst (CDFA).

In addition, she was instrumental in the drafting of various capital market policies and guidelines to direct market operations and oversee new products. Before joining SECZ, Laurencia worked at the Harare Institute of Technology (HIT) as a staff development fellow assisting in research and lecturing. She is currently studying for a Masters of Technology Degree in Strategy and Innovation at the Harare Institute of Technology.

Kim also has had hands on experience with public international commercial practice and policy as a graduate intern at the World Trade Organization
